Gabriel has his first visitor-our friend and neighbor, Erin.
Our friend, Catie, made him this cute pumpkin hat and we love it but at the moment he doesn't seem to like it at all;( Isn't it funny how babies are still cute even when they are crying?!
Gabriel in his new Moby that Grandpa Frank bought him. I LOVE the Moby wrap and I highly recommend this to all parents who want to wear their baby. Gabriel loves the Moby!!

A diaper change at the birthing center on one of our lactation visits. I took a picture because Gabriel shot poop onto Chet's hand and I was cracking up!! The lactation nurse, Nancy, was even laughing. I wished I had gotten it on video just so I could laugh over and over. Aaah, the joys of parenthood;)

Yes, this is a costume. It's the outfit from Chester's build a bear (don't ask). We just set it on top of him to get the idea of what he would look like once he got big enough to wear it. Yep, he was still too small for a teddy bear outfit...crazy huh?!

Taking a family picture while laying in bed. Gabriel looks a little yellow because he had a slight case of jaundice. Once he started on the supplement and gained some weight the jaundice went away quickly.
Chet changing his FIRST diaper. He handled it like a champ!

Burping our little guy. The pink bracelet is supposed to be a way of remembering when the baby last ate-we were so sleep deprived we really needed some kind of system of remembering when things happened. I could NOT sleep no matter what:(
I think I just wanted to stay awake and look at this sweet little face all day and night.
