Our happy family on my first mom's day. We spent the night at the Lake House and were lucky enough to wake up to a beautiful and sunny day. The background/view of the lake is stunning. My mom made us a delicious brunch/breakfast and we just enjoyed the day. We had to go home that day because Chet had to get back to school so the remaining hours we spent in the car headed back to NC with a stop for dinner at Cracker Barrell. All in all it was a good day.

I love Gabriel, he is so precious. How are you liking NC? Are you planning any trips out west anytime, ever?! It has been too long since I have talked with you. P.S. I am NOT super mom and you would definitely understand that if you saw my house right now. WRECK!
